If your flight has arrived and you have 1 hour 30 minutes after that, you can easily clear immigration, collect your luggage and reach the hosting arrival hall. If it takes more than that, we will charge accordingly.
If you add a 10 or 15 minute stop to eat somewhere along the way, there are no charges for that in Same way. If you have booked an airport transfer and you want to stop at a mall for shopping or make one or two stops, then you will have to pay an extra amount for that. If you use it for two hours or three hours on the way, then you will have to pay its charges.

If your flight is delayed and you have booked an airport transfer service with us, we will not add any charges for it, as our driver will be available to pick you up in advance once the flight is arrived.
Terminal 1: Our host will meet you at the Arrivals Exit with a physical paging board featuring your name.
Terminal 2: The meeting point is right outside the Arrivals Gate after you exit the terminal building with a physical paging board featuring your name.
Terminal 3: Since physical paging boards are restricted of Terminal 3, our host will be waiting at the designated Meeting Parking. We will provide you with a barcod. As soon as you reach the arrival hall, you will see a Great & Go office on the life side. You will give this barcode to them and they will help you access our driver.
