Welcome to Lifeway Tourism. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming any booking.

Booking and Payment

  • Full advance payment is required to confirm all bookings.
  • Payments made via card or payment link are subject to a non-refundable 2.95% processing fee.
  • Cash payments and bank transfers do not incur any additional charges.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received.

Scope of Service

Lifeway Tourism provides transportation and tourism services within the United Arab Emirates and neighbouring regions.

Service duration is calculated as follows:

  • 10 hours of service begin from the pickup location, not from vehicle dispatch or driver arrival.
  • Extra hours, if used, will be invoiced at the end of the service.

Rates include only the items explicitly mentioned on the invoice, such as:

  • Fuel
  • Tolls
  • Insurance

Any service, cost, or expense not listed on the invoice is not included.

Border Crossing and Additional Fees

For cross-border travel between the UAE and Oman, additional requirements apply.

  • Border crossing fees are not included in the service price.
  • All border fees must be paid directly by the client at the border.
  • Lifeway Tourism is not responsible for delays, refusals, or additional costs arising from border authority requirements.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a refund, excluding card processing fees.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service, failure to arrive at the pickup location, or no-shows will result in a 100% charge.
  • No cancellations are permitted once the vehicle or driver has been dispatched.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed according to the following conditions:

  • If a booking confirmed within 24 hours is cancelled again within that same 24-hour window, an 80% refund will be issued, as merchant processing fees will be deducted.

     

  • Merchant fees typically range between 2.95% and 3.05%.

If cancellation occurs due to serious medical emergencies, airline cancellations, or other verified circumstances, a full refund may be issued at the company’s discretion.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.

Cross-Border Chauffeur Service Refund Policy

For UAE to Oman cross-border chauffeur services, if the ride is cancelled within 24 hours before the scheduled service time, 50% of the total payment will be deducted according to our refund policy.

This deduction covers operational arrangements, including:

  • Vehicle allocation
  • Documentation processing
  • Driver scheduling
  • Cross-border travel preparation

Proof of Service Completion

Completion of service may be verified through one or more of the following:

  • GPS tracking data
  • Driver logs
  • Communication records
  • Official border stamps (where applicable)

These records shall be considered final proof of service delivery.

Refunds and Disputes

No refunds are issued for completed trips. Use of the service constitutes acceptance of completion.

Card processing fees and government charges are strictly non-refundable.

Any service-quality claims must be reported at the time of the occurrence.

Claims submitted after the completion of the trip are not eligible for refunds or adjustments.

Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking or using Lifeway Tourism services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
