If you want to cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the date, it is free. There is a 10% deduction for cancellations made one day before, and a 50% deduction if you cancel on the actual day of your booking or service.

If you cancel your booking before 24 hours, your payment will be refunded after deducting the Stripe online payment processing fee. If you want to cancel your booking within 24 hours, you will not get any refund because we have to reserve our driver for you.
